Valero or Coca is a juggling toy consisting of a wooden shaft with a rope attached to a wooden ball to which a hole having a diameter similar to the shaft is drilled. Both are held together by a string and the goal is to embed the thin shaft into the hole in the deck. It was given to me by my Grand Father and represents part of my family’s history and the importance that family and traditions hold for me.
